Co-Workers Cookout :)

On Thursday night Jesse had some of his coworkers over for a cookout and it was a blast!  We had hot dogs and fruit and chips and of course...SMORES!  It was out in the back yard and we had a blast with everyone here!  Below are a few photos of the night...

Labor Day Weekend in the Mountains!

This weekend we got to visit lots of family! We went to Huntersville on Thursday night and stayed there till Saturday afternoon, then went up to Boone. We had such a good time spending time with everyone and of course it was amazing being in the mountains again.

On Friday night, in Huntersville, Uncle Andrew and Aunt Emily came over for dinner.  Aunt Em got lots of sugar from Bryson and he loved it!

 On the way up to Boone, mom and dad bought Bryson a new stroller and he loved it!  I cannot believe he is big enough to sit in one already!

 Of course Bryson was happy to see his Great Granny Betty. I think this might be the sweetest picture from the weekend...I love it!

 We had a fabulous weekend and much needed vacation.  It made me realize how much I miss the mountains in the fall when it is turning cooler but I am such a beach girl at heart.  Hope you enjoyed the pictures!

The other night while changing Bryson into his pj's I actually caught this on video.  He is such a happy baby and we just love him to peices.  It's impossbile not to smile when watching this...

Family Fun in Coats

This past week we went to Coats and spent some time with the Denning side of the family.  Since Bryson and I weren't feeling the best with colds and sore throats...Jesse loaded us up Wednesday night and carried us to my mom to help take care of us.  We had a wonderful time with family and it was so nice to spend so much time with them.  Bryson and I also got to feeling better throughout the weekend which made everyone happier.  Below are some photos from the long weekend...

Thursday night we went to dinner at Granddaddy and Mrs. Jenny's house...it was so yummy and we all had such a great time together.  Below is Bryson sitting up on the couch like a big boy laughing.

Once again he is chewing on his hand...he looks like he has a secret in this picture...I love it!

On Friday we tried peaches again and lets just say he wasn't such a fan this time.  I am not sure if he was just too hungry or didn't like them but it was hilarious watching Jesse trying to feed him.   Bryson was spitting it out and putting his hands all in it...such a funny memory.

We had such a fun weekend and we are all feeling much better!  Oh and by the way..if you have not seen "The Back-Up Plan" with Jennifer Lopez...rent it!  Mom and I watched it twice in 24 hours and Jesse even liked it too...it's hilarious (especially if you have had a baby recently, about to have one or have ever had one...)

Bryson Eats Peaches!

Bryson had bananas last weekend and they were a big hit but let me tell you peaches are a even bigger hit.  As you can see from the pictures below he loves eating with a spoon...now if we could only feed it to him fast enough that would be awesome.

Bryson Tries Bananas

Bryson is now trying fruit since the doctor said he was such a big boy at his last check up.  We decided to try bananas first and he did very well.  At first he wasn't sure about them but then I mixed them with some rice cereal and he loved it.  We cannot believe he is already trying fruits...it seems like yesterday he was born...
