The Painting is Done...The Tile Is In!

Less than a month away from moving in and we are sooo excited! It seems as if it is too good to be true! As you will see they have completed all the painting, minus some last minute touch ups to the trim and various places.

This photo is of the hallway looking down to the bedrooms and bathrooms, the linen closet is the door at the very end of the hallway. The closet to the left is where our new washer and dryer will go...yay!

Looking from the Screened-In Porch to the front door. The two holes you see on the top part of wall to the left of the door is where our tv will be mounted on the wall...pretty phatty! haha :) My dad is just a genius!

The kitchen...they finished painting the cabinets and now just have to put the doors on. I love the way it pops from the brown walls. Also, Jesse had them install recess lighting above the kitchen instead of one standard light which is going to look awesome!

This is a strange angle but you can see the ceramic tile they just put in and our double vanity. To the left is our new walk in closet! :)

This is a closer shot of our ceramic tile...Note: My mom and I picked out the exact same tile from two completely different stores for our houses...wow we are definitely alike!

They Painted the Walls!

This is the living room with the new "Virtual Taupe" paint....doesn't it look great!! :)

The Cabinets Are In...:)

They put in the cabinets today...they still have to be painted but they are in and they look great!!! The photo below is of the kitchen cabinets. To the far left will be dishwasher then the sink then stove in the middle and the fridge to the right end.

We are getting so so excited..it is hard to believe in a month from this week we will be closing on our home...God is so good! Keep checking for photos...hopefully they will finish the ceramic tile and start painting this week! Have a great night!

Happy Birthday Jesse...A Sushi Party to Celebrate

We had such a good time with our friends last night at Jesse's Sushi Birthday party....We enjoyed good food, good friends and good fellowship! This is some of the sushi....after everyone had already eaten half of it. Jesse did such a good job making all this sushi... what you see here is ahi tuna and then salmon....

Crown Molding, Baseboards and the Doors Go In the House!

Momma Danner wrote this on our bar where the granite will go...pretty cool huh?

This past week we locked in our rate and set a new closing date for December 15, 2008. We cannot wait to move in our new house and have all our friends and family there to hang out with us. We are excited about moving in and getting our stuff situated but not so excited about having to pack up all our stuff here...:)
